The hotel is located in a very good area, close to good restaurants and shops. It's also in the city center, making it convenient for exploring. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Located near a bus stop and the beach. We really enjoyed facilities and the food. Was a welcome base for trip. Within short walking distance to Madhuram, where you can have lunch.

Great location, easy access to transportation and tourist attractions. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The food was delicious - authentic local cuisine and great variety. The hotel arranged a taxi for us at a fair price, which was really convenient.
Rooms were a bit small, but we managed just fine. The hotel could use some updating, but it didn't really detract from our overall experience.

We had a great time staying at a hotel near the central bus stand in City Centre. The location was perfect, as it was close to good restaurants and shops. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was well-maintained and had good hot water. The staff provided excellent service, and the included breakfast was hot and delicious. our experience at the hotel was enjoyable and hassle-free.
The hotel could improve on its room amenities, as some of the equipment, like the TV and AC, were old and in need of updating.

Location and Service Excellence
The hotel has a great central location and it is easy to go to attractions like Ellora Caves, bus stand, and the Nirala Bazar. The service provided is excellent and the staff is very friendly, making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. They come with attached bathrooms, hot and cold water, and decent wifi connection, and are a good value for the price.
The only downside of staying at this hotel was the limited options for breakfast and desserts in the restaurant. They lacked a knife and the dessert choice was poor, but overall a good option for dinner.
